Re-design Roots main flagship stores to offer a sensory shopping experience that allows customers to engage with the brand through sight, sound, touch. The new stores located in high traffic areas of iconic cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago, New York and LA are meant to act as the new breed of retail that seems more intent on immersing the customer in an experience than on actually making a sale. 

Customers will go through a journey that will take them through entire rooms dedicated to the legendary Salt and Pepper sweats, as well as one for the iconic Cabin Sock, a section for all the leather products that are hand made in the Toronto leather factory and anew area that will allow customize to customize any purchase item at the store.

The idea of these stores is to sell the Roots culture, the one thing that can’t be bought with the click of a mouse
